Live Remote Assistance

If you need assistance with a technical problem, you can use our live remote assistance tool.

How it Works?

  1. Fill in the fields; those marked with an asterisk(*) are required. Select a support agent from the drop down list and click the submit button.
  2. You may be prompted to download a plug-in.
  3. Our support agent will initiate a chat dialog with you to determine the nature of the problem.
  4. After giving permission, our support agent will be able to view your screen and share mouse and keyboard controls.
  5. You may, at any time, take control of the mouse and keyboard and end the session, if needed.
